After having completed her training in the hotel industry in France at Le Cordon Bleu and having lived on three continents and five countries since, she is now settled in South Florida. Adela worked for many years in the hospitality industry around the world before starting her own company. Today, Private Table Private Chef caters only to a small clientele who enjoys outstanding food and ambiance in the comfort and privacy of their homes.

For Adela Etcharren, the founder and owner of Private Table Private Chef LLC, it is even innate because Adela's grandparents migrated from France to Mexico, which are well-known for their haute cuisine and hospitality.
